职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Understands the scope of work specified in the contract and/or subcontracts
? Identifies specific technical and commercial objectives
? Plans and coordinates the construction work
? Reviews project and subcontractor quality plans prior to the start of work
? Reviews subcontractor work method statements and work procedures
? Organizes when required, and attends subcontractor coordination meetings and all other meetings (i.e. kick-off, tool-box, daily coordination, review, spot meeting etc.) in accordance with the project procedures and the actual requirements of construction work
? Implement the day to day control and coordination between the subcontractors working on site
? Coordinates with the client and others
? Monitors and supervises subcontractor working practices and workmanship for safety, quality, permit compliance and specified project procedures and specifications
? Identifies issues requiring specialist interpretation (i.e. safety, technical, commercial etc.
? Understands the responsibilities leading up to pre-commissioning requirements
? Supervises, controls and coordinates construction activities of the subcontractors under his or her control and in accordance with programmed requirements
? Ensures all construction activities being performed by the subcontractors meet the project schedule and to the accepted quality standards and safety requirements
? Carries out the instructions of the Construction Manager and other superiors
? Ensures sufficient size and composition of the subcontractor’s labor force to perform the programmed work
? Ensures the project being constructed, tested and certified in accordance with the relevant project procedures, specifications, standards and codes, including all the punch-out items, witnessing of tests etc.
? Liaises with Field Engineers and QC Manager on technical matters and obtains necessary specialist support from vendors to ensure timely execution of the project
? Executes the HSE responsibilities as per relevant procedures and requirements
? Reviews, verifies and approves the relevant documents prepared and submitted by the subcontractors in accordance with the project procedures
? Prepares all the reports, QC records and other documentation in accordance with the project procedures
? Ensures to be aware of and make contributions to project close out requirements (i.e. documentation, materials & plant handover, certifications etc.)
? Local authority co-ordination
