职位描述：
Achieve Business Target
? Integrate and optimize online distributors’ information
? Achieve online business goals of assigned distributions
? Track category performance wholesalers’ e-commerce business
? Coordinate with internal online sales team and external online distributions

Intellectual Property Right
? Planning and implement all Hasbro’s IP including products pictures, videos and marketing information
? Enhance brand presence online by managing online portfolio, product page, activity

Branding Enhancement
? To implement Perfect Store Online in customer site, which including right product, right picture, right content etc.
? Choose and design activity which fit into distributor’s needs while also fit into brand strategy, then implement in customer site.

职位要求：
Professional Know-how
? Bachelor Degree at least.
? 3-year experience with distributors management in consumer industry
? Exceptional analytic skills with track record of applying skills to drive sales/margin and manage P/L.
? Experienced in ecommerce function is a plus.

? Good PC skills, computerized accounting system.
? Comfortable operating in a quick paced, changing environment.
? Detail minded, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks
executed on time.
? Executes to high standards of quality and accuracy.

? Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills.

Business Understanding
? Experience in a high product volume, fast paced business environment would be
Desirable.
? Experience gained in multinational company preferred.
