职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect invoices and process 3-ways-matching in BAAN system timely and accurately.
2. Communicate with internal departments or suppliers to solve any difference in time.
3. Assist to check customs declaration records to ensure all FCY payments are compliance with SAFE regulations.
4. Process link invoices for Inter-company and perfrom inter-company reconciliation at month end.
5. Perform reconciliation with suppliers periodically.
6. Complete monthly closing and relative reports.
7. Ensure job responsibilities carried out in line with company's Financial Guidelines and requirements.
8. Other ad hoc reporting as assigned by team leader.

Job Related Competencies:
1. Knowledge and experience of financial practices and systems of multinational corporations;
2. Practical experience in such areas as accounts payable;
3. Sound spoken and written command of Chinese and English language;
4. Good hands-on PC-based computer skills: spreadsheets; databases;
5. High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior, good team work spirits;
6. Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone working experience and BaaN ERP system experience preferred. 举报 分享
