Summary: The objective of this role is to
work closely with HR business partners
to fulfill the talent needs for Retail ,Wholesale and Corporate functions in
Greater China area.



Job description:

1. Communicate with hiring managers and Business HRs to well understand of job
requirements;

2. Select appropriate
channels to search and find right candidates;

3.
Control headhunters, post openings, conduct interviews, provide assessment
reports and recommend qualified candidates to hiring manager;

4.
Propose and negotiate offer with candidates;

5.
Set up and maintain a sufficient candidate database and talent pool;

6.
Provide recruiting report periodically;

7.
Actively explore, develop and manage all kinds of recruiting channels and
system, including HR website, headhunter, internal referral, etc.

8.
Develop and maintain good relationship with targeted universities and carry out
campus recruitment;

9. Actively involved in HR project assignments

Knowledge and skills:
1. 3-5 years of working experience in recruiting function, Retail industry
preferred;

2. Good interpersonal skills to understand and influence others;

3. Good MS computer skills;

4. Good English writing and communication;

5. Creative problem-solving skills with in-depth strategic thinking and
planning;

6. Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;

7. Self-motivated to have continuous improvement.



Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree;
