此岗位为以色列Hamlet项目代招，工作地点：扬中，待遇优厚，提供佳通住房补贴
Job Description:
1. Monitor the monthly, quarterly and yearly close process for the company per
PRC GAAP and internal management & IFRS requirement;
2. Lead the local accounting team to provide high quality monthly, quarterly and
yearly financial statements and management reports;
3. Responsible for costing calculation and IFRS adjustments;
4. Check accounting vouchers, review warehouse reports and other accountant's
working papers and reports;
5. Preparing reporting package to headquarters;
6. Preparing accounting analysis for BS and P&L items;
7. Monitor AR and AP reports;
8. Provide supports in all forecast, budgeting, and planning;
9. Interface with Group Finance controller;
10.Liaise with auditors and professional consultants to carry out required
company audit / compliance activities such as ISOX;
11. Train, coach and develop local accounting team.
Requirement：
1.Bachelor or Master degree, major in Accounting or Finance is preferred;
2.Knowledge of Chinese accounting and tax rules and policies;
3.Experience in ERP is preferred;
4.detailed oriented and processes knowledge and experience
5. Accounting qualifications (ACCA, CICPA, etc.) preferred (cpa must);
6. Fluency in both Mandarin and English;
7. 3~5 years accounting experience in an international company or an accounting
firm in China, big 4 is must.

9. Assertive behavior and leadership skills/abilities.
10.2-3 Years’ experience with Multinational Finance Dep companies is preferred.
