- Keep record and manage all the document of goods receipt and issue, work order
- 保存及管理所有收货，发料，工单等相关文档
- Receive inbound goods, report promptly in case of goods damaged or quantity discrepancy, guarantee goods are stored in right locations
- 来料收货，当物料损坏或者数量有差异及时汇报，确保物料存放在正确的库位
- Dispatch materials to work station correctly and daily based on Work Order, comply with FIFO rule
- 根据先进先出原则，每天根据工单准确发料到工位，
- Execute physical cycle counting weekly in time, check and analyze physical inventory variance
- 每周按时盘点，检查并分析库存差异
- Observe warehouse regulations and keep warehouse in order and safe, be responsible for the daily maintenance of tools, jigs, consumables, etc.
- 遵守仓库管理规定，保持仓库安全且整齐美观，物资分类排列，负责对工装夹具，易耗品日常维护
- Keep physical on hand qty exactly matching with qty of system record, be responsible for material ledger management
- 维护好所有单据，确保帐、物、卡一致，负责原材料的台账管理
- Assist to deliver the finished products
- 协助成品发货
-Sort out the information of chips on site and record on account
-搜集现场芯片信息并登记入账
-Materials management on site
-现场物料的整理与摆放
- Support cross functional working team to reach the set targets of the Company
- 支持跨部门团队协作，以达成公司设立的整体目标
- take over other tasks assigned by his supervisor
- 完成上级安排的临时工作
任职资格 Requirements:
- Technical secondary school education or above
- 专科或以上学历
- Be familiar with warehouse operational procedure, 2+ years of experience in Shop floor material management and Kanban in Machinery manufacturing industry
- 熟悉仓库运作流程，2年以上在机械制造行业的现场物料及看板管理经验
- Independent working thinking and problem solving ability
- 独立思考与解决问题的能力
- Proactive, engaged and strong sense of team work with self-motivation
- 积极主动，良好的敬业精神与团队合作意识
- Strong responsibility, hard-working, good communication and obey the management
- 责任心强，工作认真，良好的沟通能力，服从管理
- Good ability of Microsoft office
- 熟练电脑操作
