职位描述：
工作职责
Assignment:
1.了解并掌握所有产品及新品的品质要求及检验标准；Understand and grasp all the products and new product quality requirement and test standard.
2.合理分配每日固定工作与其他临时交待工作；
Prioritizes and completes daily and unforeseen tasks.
3.做好每日生产产品的日常检查工作；
Conducts routine inspection of daily production parts and inspection sheets.
4.对使用的相关测量工具进行日常保养及维护，确保可以正常使用；On the correlation measurement tool used for routine maintenance and maintain to ensure normal use.
5.生产过程发现不合格品及时的处理，无法处理及判定时向直接领导汇报；Found not qualified for timely processing of the production process to process and report to determine the direct leadership
6.每日检验记录表的归档；
Archive of daily inspection records.
7.按时完成检验任务，防止漏检、少检和错检，确保生产顺利进行；Finish the inspection mission to prevent and less inspection and the wrong test to ensure smooth production.
8.监视和检查有关的质量问题，对异常部件或原料，执行规定的部署和处置；Oversees and investigates and quality concerns, and carries out disposition of suspect parts or material
9.跟踪批次生产过程，并确保操作工人遵循生产工艺；
Follow lot-tracking procedure and ensure that plant personal follow quality procedures.
10.有权制止不合格品的交付和使用；
The right to stop delivery and use of defective products
11.执行检验状态标识的规定，防止不同状态的物资、产品混淆。Implement the provision of test status indicator to prevent material, product confusion of the different states.
12.完成领导安排的其他工作；Complete other work arranged by the leadership.


任职资格
Your Qualifications:
1. 工业或机械工程学专科以上学历；
Junior college in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2.两年以上相关工作经验；
2 years related working experiences.
3.良好沟通能力和团队工作精神；
Good communication skill and team work spirit.
4.一定的英文口语及书写能力；
General verbal and written skills in English.
5.懂GD&T。
