职位描述：
工作职责 Responsibilities:

1. 设计恒洁集团薪酬福利项目及管理，内容涵盖全国范围；
Design Hegii Group C&B related projects, including related projects national wide.
2. 支持集团项目的相关政策、框架、系统及流程的发展和维护，确保全集团的薪酬福利框架完善；
Be responsible for assisting with developing and maintaining clear policies, frameworks, systems of work and processes for the remuneration and benefits frameworks across all territories.
3. 负责并跟踪项目的进度，确保项目落实的及时性和准确性；
Be responsible for C&B related projects, and communicate with relevant people for projects and policy deployment, to ensure high level of efficiency and accuracy.
4. 进一步优化薪酬福利项目，并制作分析报表；
Further develop C&B projects implementation and provide analysis reports.
5. 确保所有利益相关人员清晰且全面的了解集团项目及政策，并与之进行及时有效沟通；
Clear, comprehensive, compliant remuneration, policy, practice and procedure in place that is understood by all stakeholders, and communicated to each key audience, HR group, managers and colleagues
6. 设计恒洁集团薪酬福利政策，内容涵盖全国范围；
Design Hegii Group C&B related policy, including related policy national wide.
7. 负责提供有关薪酬福利政策实施的专业建议及分析;
Be responsible for providing sound recommendation and analysis during the C&B Policy development.
8. 完成领导布置的其他任务;
Perform other duties as assigned.

要求 Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or other relevant degree.
2. 5年以上项目管理的工作经验。
5 years of relevant experience in project.
3. 优秀的沟通交流能力。
Strong communication skills
4. 中英文流利，书写及口语能力佳。
Fluent in Chinese and English’s written and spoken skills.
5. 电脑技能：MS应用（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook），其他合适的应用。
