Responsibilities:
1. Understand business needs and carry out the IT solution proactively.
2. Develop business knowledge and strong relationships with business partners.
3. Responsible for project delivery from requirements/proposal phase to delivery phase by professional project management methodologies.
4. Responsible for customer satisfaction, resource utilization, quality and process management.
5. Ability to leverage the outsourcing/vendor to achieve project deliverables within agreed time scales.
6. Ability to negotiate and influence customers/stakeholders.
7. Deliver the result align with target set by IT director to meet the goals of team.
8. System and application administration. Ensure & maintain suitable HW/SW environment for application systems.
9. Work close with business team (like Finance, HR, etc.) to deliver the proposal with the solutions based on the business needs.
10. Sort & filter out the common business needs to standardize the system align with IT direction.
11. Good cooperate with QAD, Workflow, IT Infra. Team, to deliver the solution as one IT team.
12. Solution delivery from system architecture, system design, programming to roll out.
13. Manage and implement the HPM, BI and other application project with professional manner.
14. Day to day support & system optimization for HPM, OBIEE and other upcoming systems.
15. Support EQ/FC, finance monthly closing smoothly from system perspectives.
16. Act as the HPM, BI system and database administrator of TCH.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Data Processing, Business Computer Systems, Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
2. Above 6 years of experience as system analyst or other related experience.
3. Good knowledge of the HPM, BI (OBIEE...), Database (Oracle, SQL…) and workable skills of the programming of Java, MS .net for system customization and development, be happy to embrace new technology to support business needs.
4. Workable English both of verbal and writing.
5. Good team player and well workable under pressure.
6. Quick adapt to new environment and prompt response/handle the new knowledge.
7. Well understand process of finance, HR, manufactory, logistics, sale, procurement in auto industry.
