职位描述：
Scope Of Role:

- This role is responsible for developing & implementing best practices to protect and grow revenue, balance risk and award, reduce cost to serve, improve capital efficiency and improve customer services. This role will participate in analysis (including statistical modeling) on customer profiles and behavior patterns, and deliver to the business partners knowledge on customers’ potential needs for product and/or services.
- This role is also responsible for building up robust customer leads management and cross-selling campaign management processes in order to improve marketing effectiveness and customer services qualities.



Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

- Provide business partners with customer acquisition/cross-selling/retention analyses and strategies
- Engage business partners in driving customer acquisition/cross-selling/retention initiatives
- Engage and help implement the SCB Way, and develop best practices
- Deliver analytical products and strategic customer-views to front-line





Selection Criteria:

Required Personalities:
- Responsible, reliable, eager to learn, willing to serve and self-motivated
Required Education:
- Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative field such as Operation Research , Management Sciences, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering
Other Qualifications:
- 2+ year working experiences in the area of banking, finance or insurance
- Ability to communicate and understand business needs and problems
- Skills of communicating with and influencing people in a constructive, fact-driven way
- Excellent presentation skills
- Working experiences with SAS and major business software such as MS Excel, Power Point, ect.
- Understanding of risk-management principles, customer segmentation, database marketing and financial drivers of transactional banking and wealth management
- Knowledge of general probability theory and finance. 举报 分享
