Responsibilities


1) Select and set up suitable welding machining process, operation routing;

2) Set up supportive welding documents, WPS, instructions;

3)Carry out welding process qualification test according to required welding standards;

4) Carry out welder certification test as per different welding standards;

5) Design and supervise fabrication of welding fixtures/jigs;

6) Optimize welding process to reach best match of quality, efficiency and cost;

7) Conduct internal welding training to welders;

8) Other tasks assigned to meet the personal and business development


Qualification

1) Welding, metal material and similar knowledge educated in university;

2) 1-3 years direct experience as welding engineer ;

3) Knowledge on welding inspection;

4) Experience on welding deformation control, welding stress relieve;

5) Sound English level in reading, speaking and writing is preferred

6) Competent in using AutoCAD and EXCEL, PPT and other office software.
