JOB PURPOSE
? Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing activities, the collection of exhibition information and the layout of the exhibition hall;
? Follow up the exhibitions /events /fairs to identify and pursue sales opportunities;
? Devised new marketing strategies such as the company Newsletter and other tools of marketing for better promotion of products;
? Responsible for sales reporting from sales system and comprehensive presentations preparation, do some analysis of sales activities and portfolio reports upon request;
? To initiate market research to monitor market trend, support for internal and external marketing campaigns and projects.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Assist the sales team to prepare comprehensive presentations and reports and provide high level sales support to GCN sales team;
2.Design, launch and execute the operational marketing plan (internal and external) of the company
(1) Professional customer events (trade shows/fairs/exhibition )
a. mapping of available events, shortlisting and propose plan
b. coordinate participation with Regional teams, budget monitoring
c. After event follow up with sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities
(2)Customer entertainment : mapping of available options, propose plan and customer targets in line with sales strategy and segmentation, coordinate participation to event
(3)Build and maintain a library of sales support documents for the sales team to use and to share with network upon request. The sales library must include
a. Up to date corporate and network presentations
b. Presentations tailored to specific verticals
c. Presentations on the several fields of expertise of Bollore Greater China
(4) Propose and develop internal / external sales campaigns in line with sales strategy
a. Analyze internal intelligence from GCN and other internal systems to identify targeted customers/prospects
b. Prepare sales package inclusive of campaign specifications, customer benefits, pricing, process
c. Share and brief relevant parties (Bollore Greater China sales force, Bollore network)
d. Monitor and assess performance of campaign
? Design and update digital media materials for internal and external communication
(1) Collecting production news / sales activities from GCN regions and vertical sales, composing and issuing the sales newsletter
(2) Design and broadcast marketing strategies such as company newsletters or other tools of marketing for better promotion of products
(3) Format materials for internal digital communication strategy (in liaison with HR team)
a. Materials for screens (ops, sales and log hubs)
b. Materials for Training center
c. Materials for other adhoc internal events
(4) Constantly come up with creative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall marketing in both the sales and social media aspect
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
? Degree in Marketing or Logistics
? 3+ year experience in a logistics or 3PL company
? Possess strong articulation and presentation skills
? Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
? Independent self-starter, able to adapt to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
? Analytical
? Good communication skills
? Result driven
