职位描述：
Responsibility:
？ Keep continued compliance and ensure the activities can meet the company EHS policy and legal requirement & regulations of local, provincial and national;
？ Develop, implement and administer the EHS management programs;
？ Organize the EHS training for all employees on a scheduled basis;
？ Conduct the risk assessment together with 4E tool, the provide the related training to each department or area.
？ Carry out the PPE management, like PPE matrix, and use training.
？ Evaluate safety performance and establish current and future loss control strategies to prevent similar incidents;
？ Implement the incident/accident investigation and root cause analysis, suggest the related prevention methods;
？ Manage the MoC program and supervise the implementation;
？ Update/Review the emergency response plan and organize the drill regularly;
？ Assist and lead completion of all audits and findings; EHS visual workplace coordinated to 5S implementation;
？ Establish and adhere to a formal follow-up method with manufacturing departments on successful closure of findings and recommendations;
？ Manage the waste water, air emission and waste program, and keep the treatment can meet the requirement and compliance.
？ Develop the chemical management, especially for the flammable chemical, Work on other departments as necessary to reduce related risk;
？ Firefighting management, ensure the FF system can be running smoothly;
？ Keep the good communication with local government and other department in site.

Education/Experience/Measurable Requirements
？ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in EHS function, national registered safety engineer is preferable.
？ Excellent Mandarin Chinese and English oral and written skills including the ability to compose original correspondence and communicate effectively.
？ Familiarity with Chinese EHS laws and regulations therewith (MSDS, LOTO, MoC, work permit and so on)
？ Knowledge in OHSAS 18001 and/or ISO14001 management systems will be of benefit. 举报 分享
