职位描述：
主要职责：
1. 为公司策划国内外市场营销方案，开展相关品牌建设活动为公司在同行业中建立良好的品牌形象。
2. 建立市场调查数据库，促使公司拥有进入特定市场的机会。
3. 负责维护公司客户，加入冷链物流行会。通过适当的形式协助BD 总监和市场营销经理开展商业活动。
4. 通过网络渠道建立和维护客户关系，使公司通过网络的影响在同行业中成为潜在的企业领导者。
5. 参与建立客户群的发展，确保公司在网络拥有潜在客户。
6. 发展和处理相关的客户投标买卖合同和服务建议方案。
7. 参与和客户的合同谈判，关键条款协商一致确保所有合同正确无误的执行。
8. 执行客户服务流程，定期回馈绩效报告和问题的解决方案。
9. 有效的促使客户与公司内部的合作关系.

技能，知识及经验：
1 大专文凭及以上学历。
2 五年及以上跨国公司相关行业工作经验，拥有团队建设和管理的成功经验。
3 拥有供应链或物流行业市场营销活动经验优先考虑。
4 必须拥有丰富的企业发展和商业领域中建立和维护国内外客户关系经验。
5 较强的人际关系能力，有效的处理多重利益关系。
6 拥有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧
7 具有良好的英语运用能力（口语和书写）
8 熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Implement national and local marketing plans for the company and implement the required brand building activities to establish a strong presence in the industry
2.Build a sustainable market intelligence database that enables the company to understand and track opportunities in the specific markets.
3.Responsible for maintaining Swire Pacific Cold Storage Limited membership and participation in the relevant Cold Chain industry associations. Assist the BD Director and M&S Manager to promote Swire Pacific Cold Storage Limited in trade events via appropriate formats.
4.Assist in the networking efforts in relevant industry segments generate potential business leads; establish and maintain a sustainable customer pipeline.
5.Participate in establishing customer portfolio and its on-going development to ensure the business attain the desired accounts mix in the network.
6.Develop and execute the relevant processes in customer tender bidding and service proposal contracts for customers.
7.Participate in customer contract negotiations to ensure the key terms are agreed, and ensure all contracts are properly administered.
8.Implement and execute relevant customer service processes to provide operational account services, regular performance reporting, and issues resolution.
Lead the internal interface between customers to collaborate with other functions effectively.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Vocational training , or degree holder in relevant fields.
2. Five years or above working experience in MNC& relevant industries, with successful experience in team development and management responsibilities.
3. Experience in marketing & sales activities for supply chain or logistics sector is preferred.
4. Experience in business development and commercial areas ,building and managing client relationship with both local and multinational clients is essential.
5. Strong and effective interpersonal skills in a cross-function ,multiple stake-holders environment.
6. Good team-work spirit and communication skills.
7. Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
8. High computer literacy in common office software applications.
