职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as local support and liaison person on behalf of the Italian parent Company by visiting potential customers and reporting potential projects and investments in the business sector to the management allowing to reach the sales objectives on Chinese market;
--作为当地的技术支持和联络人员，代表意大利公司拜访潜在客户，及时报告客户的潜在投资项目，达到在中国市场的销售目标；
- Act as and become the referent person of both the Company and the Chinese customers to build a strong network and enforce the presence of the company in the Chinese market;
--作为公司与客户之间的桥梁，搜集市场信息，推动公司在中国市场的发展，提升公司知名度；
-Liaising with Company engineering specialists such as thermal, technical, mechanical and software staff both locally and abroad mainly on products, technical issues, quality claims or any other matter between Chinese customers and the Company;
--与公司国外的热力工程师、技术工程师、机械工程师以及软件工程师进行沟通，处理产品和技术、质量索赔以及涉及客户的其他相关事项 ；
-On site management and supervision of projects in China, in accordance with Italian engineering inputs, to ensure compliance with contract documentation by reporting to Italian Company to understand the problems and arrange quick solutions; processing and submitting documentation in accordance with company rules and timing;
--参考意大利的技术支持与要求，负责公司国内项目的现场管理与监督，确保工程的进度与合同保持一致，及时向意大利总公司汇报，向意大利公司及时报告相关事项以获得意大利及时的反馈方案；按照公司的规定及时提交相关的报告；
- Follow up customer’s plant optimization/ modification/renovation projects as well as new projects, to implement related engineering work, assist commissioning and testing to prove and guarantee systems work; ensures the timely supply of local and imported equipment shipment/delivery;
--跟进客户工厂的优化、修改、改造项目和新项目,实施相关工程工作,协助调试并确保系统正常运作,确保国内购进和国外进口设备及时装运/交付；
- Quality control of local suppliers for Company export business and support on spare parts management．
--出口业务相关的供应商管理、质量管控以及备件管理。

Experience:
经验要求：
- Engineering Bachelor Degree or equal professional background.Mechanical and electronic background with automation, robot and PLC knowledge is a must. Brick and ceramic tiles industry background and basic knowledge of is a plus;
--工程学士学位或同等专业背景。熟悉自动化、控制器相关知识,拥有砖瓦、瓷砖行业工作经验和相关知识的人员优先；
- Basic technical and commercial knowledge and willingness to participate in trade fairs in China and abroad;
--有相关的技术和商务基础并有意参与国内外的商品展销会；
- Good communication skills; Chinese mother-tongue, fluent English in both speaking and writing;
--沟通能力强，普通话标准，能够熟练地用英语说写；
- Knowledge of Office pack software applications, Auto CAD and basic knowledge and understanding of electric scheme and technical drawings;
--熟练运用办公软件、CAD软件，掌握基础的电气知识及画图技能；
- Learning and analytical ability, planning and implementation capacity; organization skills; dedicated, self-motivated and team working.
--拥用较强的学习能力、分析能力、执行力和组织能力，爱岗敬业，有上进心和团队合作能力。
