职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY

1) To ensure the integrity of the instrument equipment by carrying out periodic calibration, inspection, repair in accordance with Company and legal requirements. 对仪器设备进行定期校准,检查,维修，确保其完整性，并符合公司和法律要求，。
2) Daily support and preventively maintain DCS control system in workshop, as well as guarantee smooth running of PLC controlled equipment or system.
DCS系统的日常支持和预防维护,以及保证设备或系统的PLC控制平稳运行。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitoring and analyzing instrument equipment status and conducting malfunction analysis, in order to keep the plant running with high reliability and good availability under good safety status. Sharing the lessons/experience with plant team/maintenance team; 监测和分析仪器设备状态并进行故障分析，确保工厂运行可靠和良好。与工厂/维修团队分享经验；
2. Updating maintenance documentation and technical documentation, e.g. maintenance record, calibration report, PM schedule and monthly report. 更新维护文档和技术文档，如维修记录、校准报告，月度计划和报告。
3. Writing & editing& updating work instruction and standard maintenance procedures; 起草与维护更新工作指令和标准维护程序；
4. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to develop root cause solutions on Instrument/DCS failure; 当仪表/ DCS失效时，能提供专业技术解决方案和故障根源诊断；
5. Ownership of DCS software and hardware, Instrument solution; 全权负责解决DCS硬件和软件和仪器问题;
6. Understand the basic plant processes and equipment, and can read P&I D, and apply the appropriate automation systems to those processes, including programming, hardware and software, instrument specification, and start-up and operations support; 理解工厂工艺流程和设备,可以阅读P&ID，并能运用自动化过程系统,包括编程,硬件和软件,仪器规范,和启动和运营支持；
7. Participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes that are related to process control for chemistries, formulas, and equipment;参与设计到工艺控制，设备等MOC工艺变更管理；
8. Support EHS (PHA, PSM, PSSR, etc.);支持EHS管理（PHA, PSM, PSSR等）；
9. Establish PM and ensure the PM complete in time.维修计划的制定和执行.
10. Participate in the plant optimization modification work and new project, to implement related engineering work.参于工厂系统优化和改造、扩建等工程项目工作。
11. Spare parts management, keep adequate spare parts and consumable.备品备件管理，保证有足够的备品备件.
12. Responsible for monitoring the workload and work quality of subcontractor; 管理供应商；
13. Emergency maintenance, implement the on call rule。紧急情况下的维修，执行随时待命规定。
14. Minimize the overall maintenance cost in comply with the quality and safety standards.在符合质量和安全标准前提下，节约维护成本。
15. Other tasks from his superior;完成上级主管布置的其它工作。

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Electrical, Automation or Instrument Control System Engineering. 本科及以上学历,主修电气、自动化或仪表控制系统工程。
2. Over 5 years maintenance working experience in chemical industry plant，at the same time require 3+ years DCS maintenance and batch process configuration experience.
5年以上维修工作经验化工工厂,同时要求5年以上DCS维修和批处理经验。
3. Good knowledge of Instrument and DCS principles and design standards in Chemical plant, and evolving best practices。熟悉仪表和DCS的原则和设计标准化工厂,和不断发展的***实践
4. Low electrical operation license is needed and High voltage license is preferred. 需有低压电工证，持有高压电工证优先。
5. Basic knowledge of relevant legislation, official specifications, regulations and documentation management.拥有最基本法律法规知识,和文档管理。
6. Familiar with SAP and CMMS are preferred.熟悉SAP和CMMS是首选。
7. Have strong learning and independent working ability, able to perform under pressure, good team work spirit.有很强学习能力和独立工作能力，能够在压力下执行,良好的团队合作精神。
