职位描述：

Essential responsibilities and duties:

Work on the setup and continuous improvement of production system, including plastic processing technology and assembly technology in the specific scope.

• The Code of Ethics and The Code of Management are the fundamental rules of business conduct and ethica&management guidelines applicable to all Faurecia employees and partners.
• Depending on defined Routine, finish the planned task timely.
• Participate in the definition of production process and the selection of equipment &fixture.
• Write equipment &fixture specification, which is in line with HSE requirement. And also follow up new equipment & tool status.
• Complete ME activities after equipment &tool transfer to plant (equipment &tool setup and tuning / technical documents / production trial / MPT).
• Series program
• Process flow chart / PFMEA / Layout / 内部MIFD / 工位平衡 Lead or support related continuous improvement, update ME related documents, including Process flow chart / PFMEA / Layout /Internal MIFD / WC balance …

• Product VAVE /DLE /Quality /TRS /Space /HSE / Ergonomics

Qualifications:

• Background: Mechanical engineering, automotive, injection design, polymer material engineering or chemical engineering major.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years or above experiences of product development.

• Creativity, teamwork , knowledge , analysis and decision-making ,activity , ability of organization , quality concept , Minimum bi-lingual (English required) , strong written and oral communication skill , team spirit Skills and competencies

• Be familiar with the Microsoft software. I.e. visio, project, word, excel, otherwise AutoCAD, CATIA,UG,etc.
• Spoken English skill , be familiar with PPAP, APQP, understand technical process: injection, slush, foaming, vibrate welding ,US welding etc; good at graphic software, UG, AutoCAD, Catia, ProE etc and quality tool SPC,DOE, 8D etc. Be familiar with customer PPAP procedure.
