Main Responsibilities主要职责:

？ Responsible for calculating and prepare estimated income tax payments.
估算应纳所得税

？ Be able to monitor cash taxes for 5 Chinese entities.
监控中国5家公司的税款支付

？ Prepare annual income tax returns for 5 Chinese entities.
为中国5家公司准备年度所得税清算

？ Prepare US GAAP quarterly income tax provisions for 5 Chinese entities. Minimize the quarterly effort from Deloitte.
按照美国会计准则为中国5家公司准备季度纳税调整，最大程度减少德勤会计事务所季报工作量

？ Assist AP finance team with indirect taxes as requested by AP finance.
按照亚太财务团队要求协助亚太财务团队其它税务工作

？ Routinize intercompany transactions between China and Xerium affiliates, incl. working with Corporate Tax on transfer pricing topics.
协调集团内部业务往来，与总部税务部门合作，包括转移定价事项

？ Hold frequent conversations with AP finance team.
经常与亚太财务团队保持联系

？ Assist with tax bureau discussions, incl. monitoring tax holiday status.
协助与税务局的沟通，包括免税期的情况
Qualification Requirements资格要求:

？ 4-7 years relevant income tax experience.
4-7年相关税务经验

？ Reconcile income tax accounts for US GAAP and PRC GAAP accounts.
使税收科目与美国会计准则、中国会计准则一致

？ Familiar GAAP and PRC GAAP.
熟悉通用会计准则和中国会计准则

？ Be careful, initiative and good communication.
