职位描述：
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual interested in helping us improve our verification discipline. You will be a member of the team that is responsible for developing digital functions for our mobile solutions products. These products serve a variety of needs in the mobile system including battery management, communications interfaces, and power conversion. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in leading the development of a comprehensive verification methodology applicable to multiple product types. You will be a key player in helping our small team develop world class verification skills.

Performance Objectives:
The successful candidate will:
● Manage a team focused mixed mode verification efforts
● Develop verification methodologies and mentor others on verification best practices
● Develop UVM based testbenches
● Perform verification planning and execute both digital and AMS verification
● Successfully communicate with designers of multiple product types to deliver first-pass success silicon

Requirements:
● BSEE or BSCE required, Masters degree preferred
● 3-7 years of professional experience.
● Solid understanding of verification best practices such as verification planning, requirements tracking, and functional coverage
● Experience in UVM and SystemVerilog a must
● Experience in mixed-mode verification is preferred
● Desire and ability to lead a small team 举报 分享
