职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY
Assistant position in purchasing department. Should be familiar with purchasing process and proficient in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint. Be positive and self-motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Understand major suppliers and make related record.协助部门与供应商对接，录入信息存档；
? Responsible for suppliers and materials information update in the system.在系统里更新供应商和材料信息；
? Collect, sort and compile statistics for all kinds of purchasing documents and reports.搜集、分类、统计采购文件及报告；
? Assist Purchasing Manager with department report.支持采购经理部门报告工作；
? Support on purchasing data analysis.支持采购信息分析；
? Other responsibility assigned by Purchasing Manager.其他采购经理分配的工作。

REQUIREMENTS
? Diploma degree or above. 大专学历以上，外贸/英语/理工科背景都可
? Above 1 Year of experience and familiar with purchasing process is preferred.1年左右采购助理经验
? English language ability in reading, writing and speaking should be workable. 一定的英文沟通能力，能使用英文office系统，英文邮件沟通的候选人优先考虑
? Excellent PC skills and use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.良好的Office软件经验：Outlook等
? Logical thinking and detail-oriented with integrity and reliability.
? Strong execution capability and high sense of responsibility.
