职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
-Support other department & facilities with knowledge of products and applications
支持工厂及其他部门有关产品应用方面的知识
-Management of the Product Application Plant 管理应用实验室
-Identification of the behavior of the casings base on their characteristics, cooking cycles, emulsions, etc. In other words helping for the Definition of our casings. 定义肠衣的特性
-Carrying out quality test of the casing (with emulsions). 肠衣质量测试

Responsibility:
-Supervise the daily quality test in the PAP (Pilot Application Plant).
管理应用实验室的日常质量测试
-Arrangement of the daily job in the PAP. 安排应用实验室的日常工作
-Development and monitoring of new recipes, applications. 开发和新的烹饪方法及应用
-Improvement proposals in existing products in order to improve the performance in end applications In the market. 提高现有产品的烹饪方法为提高在最终市场中的应用
-Training of the personal from TS of the group, distributors & customers on the main applications and the usage of the casing and the machinery. 培训技术团队人员、经销商和客户有关主要的应用，肠衣及机器的使用。
-Bring and share information to other PAP of the group, in process, end applications, machinery, etc. 搜集并分享其他应用实验室的信息、流程、最终应用及机器等
-Supervising the conditions, maintenance & spare parts stock. 管理实验室环境、维修及零件库存
-Supervising stocks of additives, meat and casings as need it. 管理添加剂、肉类及香肠等
-Conduct the demonstrations & seminars de that will take place in the PAP. 负责在应用实验室的实验示范及研讨会
-Writing of tech reports from the test run and resumes of stuffing tests. 提供测试运行及灌肠测试的技术报告
-Collaboration of assembling, dissembling and adjustments of the PAP machinery. 配合应用实验室机器的拆装和调试
-Preparation of the samples for shipping. 准备客户需要的样品
-Customer visits if need it, as T.A field technicians. 如有必要，需要拜访客户

Request：
- College degree, major in biology, chemical, food science and etc. 大学毕业，生物，化学，食品工程相关专业
- Experience in the meat processing industry, preferably in sausage making. The one who is cooking sausage in Hotel can also be considerred 肉类加工厂经验尤其是香肠加工制作经验优先，有酒店香肠制作经验者也可考虑
- Native Chinese speaker with good English skills良好的英文技能
