职位描述：
岗位职责
1、 根据现有编制及业务发展需求，编制月度招聘计划；
2、 利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，寻求招聘机构并与之保持良好关系；
3、 组织实施恒洁集团分公司（办事处）人员招聘工作并跟踪其效果；
4、 负责简历筛选、邀约面试等一系列面试流程组织，并做好背景调查工作；
5、 建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。

任职资格
1、2年以上中大型企业招聘工作经验，本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或企业管理相关专业；
2、对人力资源管理事务性工作有娴熟的处理技巧；
3、熟悉企业的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道，熟练掌握计算机操作办公软件及相关法律法规；
4、具有良好组织协调与执行能力、统筹能力、沟通能力、书面表达能力及一定压力承受能力；
5、工作主动，有责任心，保密意识强，工作严谨细致。 举报 分享
