职位描述：

• Plant / Facilities Engineer: Civil, Mechanical, Dust, Coolant & Mist
• Cost Studies
• Provide project definition in support of controller’s office authoring of new projects
• BoP/BoD Development & Update
• R&M review and update
• Mechanical Standards Committee in support of Ford Land
• Support Civil Standards Committee
• Electrical Standards Committee in support of Ford Land
• Layout services (plant floor and overall building utilization)
• Oil Mist Mapping (NA Only)
• For global new model programs, assume oversight of Ford Land Facility Engineering for the design and construction / renovation of the manufacturing building. Lead the installation of production machines & equipment through "power-on". All activities will be coordinated with process teams and customer plants to ensure project completion within time & budget constraints
• Provide leadership to Ford Land Facility Engineering in the design & construction services related to modifications & renovation at manufacturing, as required.
• Provide oversight to Ford Land Facility Engineering in the design, procure, and install of production - support facilities (e.g. utility and distribution services, crane-way systems, special lighting, and in-plant structures, special enclosures, etc…)
• Provide oversight over Ford Land Facility Engineering in the management of construction contractors for new programs
• Provide oversight for Ford Land Facility Engineering to develop contracts and coordinate services by third party inspectors to insure regulatory compliance (e.g. gas fired equipment, fire protection, personnel elevators, potable water services, electrical distribution certification, etc...)
• Develop contracts and coordinate services by third party inspectors to insure regulatory compliance for lifting devices in support of production equipment.
• Provide oversight for ME Environmental engineering to insure regulatory compliance for the completion of environmental testing/sampling in support of new program activities.

Where required, support the design, procurement and installation of production support facilities including dust and mist extraction systems, coolant filtration and distribution systems

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 yrs. experience (required)
• In Automobile Industries - Passenger Car industry preferred
• Work with suppliers to support facility installation work
• Experience with oil mist and coolant collection systems
• Chemical exposure to understand coolant systems and balance them chemically
• Environment understanding of local, national and international requirements
• Develop and process bid specifications for new model programs
• Experience with hot oil systems for transmission components and
• Washer systems for pallet and parts equipment
• Experienced in launch of new automotive component facilities in China would be beneficial.
• Good influential, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong manufacturing background with emphasis on controls and safety systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, and provide effective technical communication with team members from diverse cultural and language backgrounds
• 6 SIGMA analysis experience would be beneficial.
