Main Responsibilities:
- Design of Bumper components – Fascia / Grille / Bumper Beam etc.
- Responsible for the delivery of Exterior including all release activities up to launch and supplier management. Initially on localisation programmes delivering "make to print" components, transitioning to new model design as future programmes develop. This role will entail a working knowledge of Exterior system
- Lead engineering activities including the application delivery of the Exterior commodities from programme start to launch inc. target setting, component development, supplier engagement, component release, relevant build support activities, component and vehicle sign-off including production validation.
- Related product sourcing and launch support
General Skills：
- Engilish, be able to communicate in written and spoken English with Europe team
- MS Office
Experience and Education：
- At least 5 year relevant commodity delivery experience
- Degree in Engineering / Engineering related field (BEng / BSC) – BEng Mechanical Engineering Desirable
- Good technical component knowledge inc. production processes across the commodity group
- Experience of joint venture component localisation with multi national OEM
