职位描述：

–Support manager follow up related process improve and finish the analysis report
–Support manager to leader engineer team finish routing work
–Setup up the stably process and error proof assembly fixture
–Prepare and issue related station or product work instruction
–Make production control plan and FMEA
–Continual improve product yield to meet the yield target
–Training technician and operator for their skill
–Evaluate and confirm new material, tools or fixtures, prepare related evaluate report
–Follow up related process test and finish the analysis report.
–Issue MRB rework flow and rework method, deal with the failure flex in time.
–Lead or join team to finish some six sigma or lean project
？–All other issues related with process Engineer
–For chessis level, set up and follow up the chassis assembly process and improve the yield.

资格要求:

–At least 4 years the related job experience of manufacturing factory
–Be familiar with SMT assembly and backend (or chassis) assembly process technique
–Be familiar with IPC-610 criteria, attend the train and pass the examine
–Be familiar with SPC control, attend the train and pass the examine
–Be familiar with procedure of APQP (FMEA, Control plan, etc)
–Be familiar with assembly trouble shooting method and can solve one case by oneself
–Be familiar with process evaluation method and can finish related evaluation report by oneself
–Be familiar with DOE/Six sigma/Lean method and can used it for improvement
–Be familiar the structure of assembly fixture and apply for it
–Be familiar with related SMT and backend assembly machine ,Have good communicate skill .
–For chassis side, need know chassis assembly process and related fixture skill
