Quality position1 :Advance Quallity Engineer :
JD
1.Project work within APQP process, quality control within the project. Participate in project meeting, APQP status report and share information within project team timely.
2.Cooperation in transferring customer-specific requirements into target specifications, with particular regard to manufacturing and inspection capability
3.Compilation and monitoring quality plan on the basis of APQP in agreement with the Project Manager.
4.Involving in design review, participate in the stipulation of critical and specific characteristics
5.Active participation in the concept release taking into consideration lessons learned from predecessor projects.
6.Implement the quality tool and best practice of company in project development.
7.Assessment / agreement of product / process FMEAs as regards their formally correct application.
8.Compile new product control plan/test plan/validation plan for Quality Assurance. Based on process FMEA (prototype, pilot series and series).
9.Creating of gages concept, planning the required measuring and monitoring equipment for Quality Assurance including its validation and release.
10.Compilation of reports, analyses and statistics initial sample report, PSW, PPAP, IMDS in accordance with customer requirements. Submission of PPAP, PSW for customer approval.
11.Plan and execute approval for new suppliers parts PPAP. Process audits on suppliers’ premises.
12.Ensure APQP process is in place to guarantee the quality of our products. Problem solving engagement, Drive and manage product quality improvement.
13.Other tasks as assigned by the superior leader

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical related Engineering.
- Rich knowledge and experience in casting, and machining, forging, gear manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years professional work experience of quality or design (technical) function in multinational manufacturing Industry. Automotive industry is preferred.
- Master APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA. Process audit and product audit
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 system.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Able to work with minimal supervision yet deliver business objectives
- Fluent English both in oral and written

Quality Position2: Process controll Quality Engineer
JD
1.Assembly line quality control: Set up and maintain quality control system in shop floor, supervises process and products quality. Analyzes defects in process, products and procedures, quick reaction to any non-conformities to maintain quality standards.
2.Change management: Fully engage in change management, play an active role in project team via APQP process, submit PPAP documents to customer for approval.
3.Problem solving and continuous improvement: Utilizes performance, test and inspection data to investigate root causes for product nonconformance, customer complain and field problems, plays an active role in problem resolution. Continuously improve and value add to process. CIP program participating.
4.Training: Development of quality training programs for employees, conduct training through formal and informal method, evaluation of employees skills. Customer complain is alert to line in a quick response. Training such as cross training, participation in Kaizen events and classroom training. Quality alert and lesson learned shared to all employees.
5.Customer communication: Delivery of necessity information to customer, share information form customer to the team. For any customer complain, play a significant role as a leader to be sure problem is solved timely, using proper quality tools. Submit 8D report to customer.
6.Warranty: Develops, implements, and manages strategic and tactical programs to achieve budgeted warranty levels. Responsible for warranty analysis and corrective action programs. Communicates quality/warranty performance data to all relevant plant personnel for corrective action.
7.Customer Specs and requirement: Interfaces with customer service and engineering to assist in design and contract reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are understood and incorporated.
8.Other responsibilities as assigned by superior leader.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree with major in mechanical or related manufacture / Engineering.
2.Have 5+ years of experience in mechanical manufacture, 2+ years mechanical assembly line in quality/ manufacturing function.
Automotive experience. OEM or Tier 1 in an international company is preferred.
3.Working knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 requirements
4.General understanding of AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc.), process audit, product audit.
5.Understand Quality Engineering tools able to assess use of Quality and Manufacturing processes, POKE-YOKA, SIP, etc.
6.Have strong problem-solving skills.
7.Written and verbal skills in English highly desirable.

Quality Position3:Incoming Quality Engineer
JD
1.Draft and update incoming inspection WI according to technical standard and drawing
2.Review and judge daily incoming inspection report
3.Issue MDR report, transport and follow the whole process
4.Determine priorities and schedules sequence of jobs to daily incoming inspection;
5.Complete and issue report of inspection of FA, PPAP and ISIR;
6.Collect inspection data to support quality metrics reports and analysis;
7.Take part in the analysis of nonconforming products, supports teams get root cause and corrective/preventive actions;
8.Determine processing needs to insure gauges, fixtures, tooling and methods are provided to meet inspection requirements;
9.Interprets the quality standards/specifications to quality control methods, including measuring equipments and methods;
10.Ensures preventive maintenance for inspection equipments is performed according to schedule;
11.Carry out annually analysis of measurement system
12.Be responsible for gauge manage, such as form and manage master list, maintenance, calibration routine, repair and purchase of spare parts;
13.Manage and direct incoming inspector to complete daily work;
14.Ensure effective training of work force;
15.Carry out continuous improvement of incoming procedure and measurement method.
16.Other tasks assigned by Quality manager

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Industrial/Quality/Manufacturing Engineering or related area
2.Minimum 4 years experience as a QA Engineer ;
3.Familiar with quality tools, such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 7 basic quality tools;
4.Self-motivated and cooperative, good interpersonal skills ;
5.CET-4. Fluency spoken and written skills in English;
6.Computer literacy.

Quality Position4 :Supplier Quality Engineer
JD
Take lead in initiation, follow up and closure of all Supplier Corrective Actions.
Use Dana systems to drive supplier improvement towards corporate PPM, Incident Rate and as required On-Time Delivery performance targets.
Lead regular supplier process audits and risk mitigation (action) plans as needed and required.
Process, review and recommend approval or rejection for Supplier PPAP Submissions.
Monitor and report supplier improvement metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
As required, assist with supplier process improvements and data analysis.
As required, visit suppliers on a variety of quality issues – Job requires approximately 30% travel
As needed, assist in development of new suppliers through participation in Supplier Systems Assessments (SSA) and Process Series Reviews (PSR)
As needed, participate in major re-sourcing projects.
Other duties as assigned to meet operational objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering discipline. May consider equivalent and/or Quality Experience.
General understanding of AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc.)
Direct metal product (Casting, Forging, Machining, Heat-treatment) manufacturing experience.
Automotive experience. OEM or Tier 1 preferred.
Experience in conducting capacity analysis. Ford/GM Run @ Rate preferred.
Understanding or exposure to Toyota Production System, or equivalent, is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the above disciplines.
Must be able to travel, mainly domestically.
Understand Quality Engineering tools able to assess sound use of Quality and Manufacturing processes, mistake-proofing etc.
Working knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 requirements
Good working knowledge of dimensional/metallurgical inspection methods.
High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a Team environment and also handle projects consisting of varying priorities and complexities
Written and verbal skills in English highly desirable
