职位描述
Responsibilities:
Execute compensation and benefits programs in order to provide and effective and efficient kit to Keep internal equity & external competitive advantage;
Manage c&b implementation: monthly compensation calculation and distribution, payroll report, individual tax, social insurance transaction. Ensure the accurate hr reports are timely submitted. Support on the annual salary and social benefit audit by the government;
Follow up with the commercial insurance companies to deal with the staff commercial benefits affairs;
Assist hr manager in coordinating and implementing performance reviews, bonus plan & payment and retention programs;
Assist in overall human resource budgets and cost;
Participate in hr projects as assigned
Educational requirements
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration, human resources management or accounting.
Experience requirement:
At least 2 years hands-on experience in c&b area in fies.
Knowledge and skills
Good command of english both in speaking and writing
Computer literacy in ms office (word, excel and powerpoint)
Familiar with china labor laws regulations as well as social benefits & iit regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Personality requirement:
Enthusiasm, team player, self-motivated and well organized
Eager to learn and improve continuously
Patient, detail-oriented
