Reports to: Finance Controller

Position Description: The job holder is responsible for the financial analysis and business control management relating to the daily operations,internal controls and strategic business planning, including project investment analysis, profitability analysis, expenses and cost control and other business decision support. The main duties of the job holder include, but are not limited to:

· Perform monthly analysis of gross and net business margin by product and customer .
· Perform and supervise monthly analysis of financial statements; cost centers and expenses variances, balance sheet accounts and operating variances;
· Managing and improving financial budget system, compiling full financial budget which include sales / production, profit / loss, tax, Capex and working capital;
· Develop rolling forecast on cost and expenses analysis on quarterly basis based on the HQ request
· Coordinate with relevant departments and provide financial support for making management decisions
· Communicate with the global finance teams on request and respond to their queries on timely basis
· Involve business management meeting or issue the monthly cost/profit ability analysis report on monthly basis, report the analysis result, propose the solution to identified issues, schedule the action plan and follow up the execution.
· Perform ad-hoc analysis of business cases and develop business models based on requirement from finance and business managers.


Qualifications:

BS in Finance or Business
Qualified CPA (or equivalent) preferred. Experience with Fortune 500 companies, big four accounting firms a plus.Minimum 5years financial experience,business analysis and internal control.
Good English communication skills in both verbal and written.
SAP experience is highly desirable. Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice.
Good communication, interpersonal, organization and analytical skills
Self-motivated, result oriented and initiative for innovations. Able to identify issues and provide practical solutions with good sense of business.
Ability to work independently and undertake multiple tasks at the same time
