职位描述：
Immediate Supervisor: Quality Manager Of SBV

Functional Supervisor: Managing Director Of SIEG


KEY SERVICES:
? Responsible in production process audit and supervising the correction and continuous improvement; Supporting third party auditing and following up the action plan.
? Responsible at the supervision and continuous improvement of the project control plan and process flow chart fulfilment and the relative documentation.
? Responsible in process inspection and final inspection of the project; Responsible in the whole process of shipment and release of qualified products; Monitoring project progress to ensure project time schedule in the company's commitment and customer requirements.
? Responsible in the control of nonconforming product and handling the claim from the customer, develop preventive and corrective actions, issuing 8D report; organizing the related personnel for corrective solution and supervising the implementation.
? Participating in project feasibility analysis and providing technical &quality support.
? Teach and lead the utilization of Lean techniques.
? Coordinate cross functional support for the manufacturing plants.
? Continuously look for opportunities of low cost production execution within the region.

QUALIFICATION:
               1. University education degree. major in mechanical, automotive engineering or related.
               2. More than three years relevant working experience in management of manufacturing, automotive industry preferred .
               3. Familiar with TS16949, ISO9000:2008, ISO14001 system, and skilled use of QS9000 five big tools.
                4. Experienced at the project management, SIX SIGMA, the product development process and process audit VDA training
and practical experience is a plus.
              5. Good computer skills Good communication skill; Fluent in English, German preferred

？ 负责生产过程的审核和监督，纠正和持续改进；支持第三方审核并跟进项目计划。
？ 负责项目控制计划和流程图的完成和相关文档的监督和持续改进。
？ 负责项目的过程检验和最终检验，负责整个运输过程和合格产品的放行；监控项目进度，确保项目的时间在公司的承诺和客户的要求之内。
？ 参与项目可行性分析，提供技术和质量支持。
？ 指导和领导精益生产技术的运用。
？ 对生产制造的工厂进行职能性协调。
？ 持续寻找区域内实施低成本生产的机会。

任职资格：
1. 大学文凭。机械、汽车工程或相关专业。
2. 三年以上制造业管理相关工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先。
3. 熟悉TS16949，ISO9000:2008，ISO14001体系，熟练使用QS9000五大工具。
4. 在项目管理、SIX SIGMA管理方面经验丰富，有产品开发和审核VDA培训和实践经验者优先。
5. 良好的计算机技能，良好的沟通能力；英语流利，德语优先。 举报 分享
