岗位职责
1、负责产业财务管理体系建设、集团财务与下属公司财务功能定位、财务管理权限划分；
2、负责产业财务核算体系的建设，核算统一政策、标准的制定、审核；
3、负责产业及下属企业财务制度的制定与审核；
4、负责预算编制的组织，预算执行的跟踪、分析；
5、负责组织行业、公司进行财务报表的汇总、合并、分析，对集团整体财务分析进行分析；
6、负责产业及下属公司成本、费用控制；
7、负责组织开展财务检查，对发现的问题进行处理；
8、会签产业本部日常经营性合同，从财务角度提出经济、结算、税务明确意见；
9、负责产业及下属企业纳税申报检查、税务风险评估、税收筹划；
10、负责产业及下属企业资产管理，跟踪、分析投资项目的实际回报；
11、负责产业财务信息化的建设；
12、参与公司重要经营活动的决策和方案制定工作，参与重大经济合同或协议的研究、审查，参与重要经济问题的分析和决策。
13、参与公司经营状况预测和经营形势分析，为集团领导决策提供支持；
14、参与购并重组业务的尽职调查，参与项目投资业务的可行性分析研究，提交分析报告及评估意见；
15、负责与税务、审计、律师、评估等相关部门与中介机构保持良好的合作关系；
16、负责产业及下属企业财务人员的招聘、定岗、定编、定薪，考核、轮岗、调动、晋升、培训等工作；
17、完成总裁交办的其他工作。

岗位要求
学历要求：全日制统招本科或以上性别要求：不限语言要求：普通话专业要求：不限年龄要求：35-55总工作年限：13年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
年龄：35－55岁
教育背景：财务管理、会计学或其他相关专业本科以上学历。
工作经验：10年以上相关工作经验，5年以上同行业财务管理工作经历；制造业背景，具备集团财务管控经验；
知识能力：具备财务管理相关知识
技能技巧：熟练使用Microsoft Office专业办公软件、财务电算化软件、具备较好的沟通协调能力
