职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责主持管理采购部门日常工作，维护、完善采购管理体系；
2、负责制定并推进供应商开发管理计划，开发匹配的潜在供应商，主持主要物料谈判，维护现有供应商关系；
3、负责建立并维护供应商信息系统，定期考核、评定供应商；
4、代表采购协调到货及采购异常处理，供应商质量投诉等。
5、 负责检查、监督采购部门规章制度、工作程序及实施细则的执行情况；
6、上级安排的其它相关工作。

任职要求：
1、正规本科，5-8年采购经验，2年以上采购部门管理相关工作经验；
2、熟悉采购流程、熟悉采购合同管理，具备钢材相关物资采购经验，钢贸公司经验尤佳；
3、具备较强的商务谈判能力和供应商开发管理能力；
4、具备基本的英语阅读、书写能力，熟练使用办公软件及ERP；
5、具备良好的职业素养，能为企业争取最大利益；
6、具有敏锐的行业分析和判断能力，具有全局采购管理观念。 举报 分享
