职位描述：
Job Description:
1.       Perform routine QC incoming, in-process and/or post packaging / out-going inspection according to QA inspection criteria.
根据质量检验标准进行常规的来料检，过程检，二次封装，出厂检。
2.       Perform product testing on visual inspection, dimensional inspection and functional inspection.
进行产品测试和外观检，尺寸检验和功能检验。
3.       Complete QC inspection report at end of the shift and submit for Quality Engineer for approval.
完成质量监测报告，提交给质量工程师批准。
4.       Inform Quality Engineer when found the defect or any nonconformity and follow NCR procedure.
若发现任何缺陷或者任何不一致立即汇报质量工程师，走NCR程序。
5.       Perform jobs other than above that assigned by Quality Manager.
执行质量经理分派的其他工作任务。
6.       Supervise a group of QC inspectors and QC Leader.
主管质检员和质量领班团队。
7.       Work closely with Production Leader to resolve routine quality issues.
与生产线长密切合作，解决常规质量事宜。
8.   Provide training to new QC and production operators regarding inspection when is required.
培训新进质检员和操作工检验事宜。


Job Requirements:
1.Over 3 years experience in quality control,junior college or above.
三年以上质量控制经验，大专或者以上学历。
2.Knowledge of using simple measurement equipment such as vernier caliper, thickness gauge and profile projector.
使用游标卡尺，厚度规，投影仪等简单的测量工具。
3.Sampling plan,QC method.
抽样计划，QC七大手法。
4.Knowledge of computer skills. Management Skills.
