2.岗位职责：
① 协助总经办处理各类文件（起草信函、演讲稿、报告、会议纪要等各类文件）；
② 负责公司重要会议的记录及会议纪要的整理、归档工作
③ 做好上报及批示文件的保管和督办
④ 总经理的日常工作时间和事务的安排和提醒
⑤ 协助总经理进行公司各部门的协调工作
⑥ 总经理重要来宾的接待及对外联络、公共关系相关工作
3.岗位要求：
① 文秘或相关专业，本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可适当放宽
② 2年以上工作经验，有写作功底
③ 身高160CM以上，形象气质佳，性格外向，开朗、有较强的公关能力
