Job Description:
Recruitment:
1. Internal and external job posting, CV collection, shortlist, interview.
2. Recruitment channel deepening and expanding.
3. Recruitment effectiveness and efficiency improvement.

Training:
1. Training plan implementation.
2. Orientation training for new employees.

Others:
1. Assist HR Supervisor to do some HR projects.
2. Other assignments from supervisor.



Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above in HR or Business Administration.

2.At least 3 years experience in recruitment and training fields,foreign manufacturing enterprise working experience is preferred.

3.Good spoken and written English.

4.Good Communication skills.
