岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Develop new businesses prior to the agreed Sales Plan while sustaining current business.


2. Coordinate and to lead the quotation process, to prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according company guidelines.

3. Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc.

4. Provide timely communication to client and Hella internal plants when changes occur which effect customer’s product or business.

5. Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and is in this regard responsible for car production, volume and sales planning for its customer.

6. Prepare Sales and Marketing related concepts/strategies for management decision.

7. Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information.

8. Conduct an intensive communication firstly with the Sales Director and VP Sales & Marketing China.

9. Ensure all activities are in accordance to the Global Strategy of Hella’s Key Account Management in Lippstadt, Hella HQ Germ any and in line with their acting.



任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least 3 or 3+ years experience as sales or similar position in automotive industry, esp. the experience dealing with OEM automotive manufactures are preferred.

2. Good command of both Chinese and English

3. A degree of a university either in Business Administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in Engineering combined with knowledge of Business Aadministration matters. Overseas study preferred.

4. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software.

5. Good market knowledge, entrepreneurial and analytical working, ability to cooperate with an international team.

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
