Job description：
Configuring new hardware, including laptops and servers.
Tracking and monitoring existing hardware, and monitoring hardware and software health and performance.
Troubleshooting and problem solving hardware and software related issues; providing support to end users.
Setting up and working with internal application databases.
Maintaining internal software systems.
Installing, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining networking and telecommunications infrastructure, including hardware, software and services.
Working with admin team to deal with the daily issues and maintenance of hardware and equipments like electricity and air conditioners in the Nanjing office.


Qualifications:
A bachelor degree related to information technology or programming, or related discipline is required.
Fresh graduate students in related majors or 2-3 years working experience in related areas.
Good command of both written and verbal English as you will be working with team members all over the world.
Self-motivated and detailed / Task Oriented.
A good team player, and take exceptional pride in the quality of own work.
Good customer service / soft skills, good at communicating with others internally and externally.

职位要求：
信息、计算机或者相关专业本科学历
应届毕业生或者2-3年相关工作经验
娴熟的书面英语，口语可以与全球各地办公室同事交流；
能自我激励及任务导向；
良好的团队合作伙伴，并为自己的成果而自豪；
良好的客户服务导向和技能，和内部外部客户良好合作；
