职位描述：
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
？ Conduct custom analyses to leverage data attributes and client business knowledge to develop audience based media testing and targeting strategy
？ Support the implementation of data management platforms (DMP’s) by defining online/offline data captures, integration and audience development
？ Work with internal data management teams to supporting data onboarding, log file integration for reporting and measurement
？ Support building a testing, targeting and measurement roadmap, and monitor contact strategy, channel and media partner overlap using DMPs

Job Experience
？ 3+ years experience in digital analytics
？ Hands on experience creating insights from using digital data (Ex. Adobe Analytics)
？ Preferred experience with reporting and analyses using SQL, SAS or R but not required
？ Preferred experience executing solutions within digital media analytics

Required Qualifications
Education: MBA or graduate degree in quantitative field or marketing preferred
Computing Experience: Extensive experience with ad server data or site analytics tools and data
Preferred basic experience with SQL or SAS or R
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
