岗位职责：
1、根据电梯安装计划，进行安装现场的组织和安排，识别工作隐患和风险，采取整改行动；
2、管理和考核安装班组，并对安装过程质量进行指导和控制；
3、协调项目业主、土建方、监理方关系，及进沟通解决问题；
4、考核分包班组安装业绩，对每个工地进行安装满意度调查。
5、跟踪并收取安装应收款。
6、协助分包班组完成政府部门验收。
7、有建造师证优先考虑，持有特种设备安装操作证。

任职资格：
大专以上学历
良好的口头及书面表达能力。
会使用一般的办公软件。
具有一定的沟通和协调组织能力。
