主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1.日常费用的审核，根据会计准则和公司相关流程规定，对于日常发生的各项费用，如：差旅费用、业务招待费、打的费、手机费、紧急采购费用、公务车费用、员工福利费用进行审核，根据会计准则和公司相关流程规定，审核判断其发生的真实性、完整性、合理性。

Audit the daily expense: according the accounting principles and the company procedures’ related regulation, audit the frequently happened expenses, for instance: the travel and entertainment expense, taxi fare, cellular fee, emergent purchasing expense, pool car expenditures and the employee welfare expense, analyze the objectiveness, integrality and rationality of the expenses.

2.对于通过审核的各项费用，及时进行相关的账务处理，准时支付员工提交的报销单据。

For the qualified expenses, do the book-keeping and payment work promptly.

3.每月月底，及时进行员工预借款、由供应商承担的差旅费损失等其他应收款项催收和清算。

At the end of every month, track OAR such as employee advance and the travel expense the supplier promised to bear, and supervise the debtor to finish the reimbursement work of the money.

4.年底对公司的各项报销项目的费用进行预算跟踪，对比费用预算和实际费用发生情况。

At the end of the year, track the expense budget executive situation; compare the actual expense amount and the budget one.

5.根据日常业务中遇到问题，提出可操作的费用改善建议。

Propose expense improvement suggestion according to the problems in the daily business.

6.结合报销过程中存在的问题，完善公司报销流程。

Improve the reimbursement procedure according to the problems existing in the process.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

n 必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications

1.至少1年以上在会计领域的经验

At least 1 year experience in accounting area

2.专科以上会计或商务专业

College graduate or above with major in Accounting or Commerce

3.良好的内部控制和会计概念

Good concept on Accounting and internal control

4.良好的英语能力（听，说和写）

Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing

5.良好的PC技能（例如：Excel, Word 等）

Good PC skills (ie. Excel, Word, etc)

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
