主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

？ 协调公司相关部门做好对客户非质量问题抱怨的处理以及客户的索赔受理工作。

Coordinate functional departments to deal with the non-quality claim from customer , accept and hear a case of counterclaim

？ 组织、开展客户满意度调查活动。

Organize and implement the satisfaction survey to customers

？ 协调客户和公司相关部门开展对客户委托的发动机维修服务工作。

Coordinate customer and relevant departments to implement maintenance of engine which was consigned by customer .

？ 熟悉产品技术及优势和本公司产品特点，处理客户的咨询。

Familiar with the product technology and strength , deal with the consultation of customer

？ 协调客户和公司其它相关部门的沟通工作。

Coordinate the communication between customer and functional departments

？ 负责售后服务件的客户询价的接收、核查、内部询价开展、客户报价等。

Responsible for collecting and review after service parts quoting which is asked by customer , implement inner quoting and quote to customers

？ 负责售后服务件的客户订单的接收、核查、发布、交付追踪协助、服务件销售报表制作等。

Responsible for receiving the order, check , release and assist following of after service parts, and make the service parts sales report

？ 如果是部门的CFT成员。CFT小组成员作为公司与各部门的沟通纽带，负责传达CFT会议精神，协助环境工程师做好环境相关工作。具体包括：

If Work as CFT Member. CFT Members are the coordinators of functional departments. They are responsible for transmitting the contents of CFT meeting and assist environment engineer to implement the related work as below:

（1）部门 级相关环境管理文件的策划和编写。

Draft the related files of environment management in own department;

（2）对部门员工进行相关环境培训。

Do the related training of environment to employees of own department;

（3）追踪部门级别的环境目标指标的实施及不符合项的纠正预防。

Follow the department environmental target , correct and prevent the incongruent item;

（4）参与公司级别的环境管理内审。

Participate the inner audit of environment management;

（5）接受外部审核。

Accept the outer audit

任职要求/ Qualifications：

？ 工程类相关专业。Major in engineering

？ 熟悉 发动机和汽车知识。Have the knowledge of automation or Engine

？ 具备团队协作精神，优良的沟通能力、人际交往能力、时间管理能力和和组织协调能力 。Team work spirit, communication skill and interpersonal skill, time management skill and coordination skill

？ 具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力 。English ability

？ 熟练使用计算机。Good PC skill

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year.
