Duties and Responsibilities:
1. The scope of this role is to establish master data for the implementation of material, vendor and financial data.
2. Maintaining data integrity, process requests accurately and on time.
3. Provide a control function to ensure that only properly authorized master data elements are established in the master file in accordance with procedures and guidelines
4. Be responsible for the management of products database, including SKU creation and suspension;
5. Be responsible for MOH check of new brands and of existing brands to ensure its validity;
6. Fulfill other analysis tasks assigned from the management;
Qualifications:
- About 3 yrs relative working experience in MNCs, retail background is preferred.
- Working style should be detail and logical.
- Strong excel skill
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
- Good sense of data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
