职位描述：
-Set-up the management system with documented processes and tools in factories with experts
-建立文件化流程和工具的管理系统
-Manage the project/team to document manufacturing best practices and processes
-管理项目/团队，文档化***实践和流程
-Drive the implementation of a universal & common visual management system between OT factories
-推动工厂间通用的可视化管理系统的实施
-Train/Coach operational teams to OT Operational Performance system to develop and implement management control tools
-培训/指导运营团队对营运绩效管理体系进行开发和实施
Assist regional operations & OTOP team to design and implement manufacturing tools
 协助区域运营团队和实施OTOP制造工具的设计
-Lead the OTOP roadmap and the documentation of operational processes
-指导OTOP的路线图和操作流程的文件
-Manage OTOP team to design and prioritize OTOP and lean tools such as:
o5S & Product respect
oReduction of equipments losses
oDirect Labor efficiency
oScrap reduction
oWIP reduction
oLean industrialization
oVSA/VSM
 
-管理OTOP团队，设计和优化OTOP和工具如：
o5S & 产品检查

-Monitor and assess the performance of new processes and their implementation
