Position Summary
Provide with strategic advice in relation to the production of quality OOH media solutions, support the leader to growth of client revenue and development of the people in the team
Main Responsibilities
？ Fully understand clients’ brief. And work closely with the team to develop the media plan.
？ Supervise the team works to ensure the quality and meet the deadline.
？ Coach the team members to improve the quality and efficiency.
？ Have regular dialogue with team members to exchange ideas, techniques and issues to encourage greater internal team communication.
？ Support Director/ Business Director to strengthen the relationship with clients or agencies.
？ Proactive management of clients’ expectations.
？ Be proactive thinking to exploit the appropriate opportunities selling to client to growth the client revenue

- Skills and Knowledge ？ Full understanding of how variety of OOH media works and strong planning skills.
？ Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure.
？ Have good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong selling skills.
？ A good rapport with colleagues across all divisions, clients and other agencies.
？ Expertise in all relevant industry software and systems.
？ Be fully conversant with the role within 6 - 8 years
