Key Responsibilities
? Lead all aspects of China consumer journey through eCommerce experiences for both adidas & reebok
? Manage UX, Site Merchandising, and Master Data teams.
? Establish strategy & operational process to give greater focus to NPS and ensure our short and long term roadmap is focused on making significant progress in this area.
? Create formal processes for developing consumer-centered experiences and prioritizing functionality and releases for Magento development + Tmall & JD.Com optimization
? Ensure day-to-day operational excellence is supported through a clearly defined team structure and established reporting & team processes.
? Collaborate with global counterparts to align on development roadmap and priorities.
? Define the site merchandising strategy for product presentation, ensuring we can adapt to the different product tiers and seasonal behaviours to drive on-site conversion.
? Select and manage external agencies to support execution of consumer journey roadmap.
? Partner with external stakeholders including Tmall & JD.com + Brand Marketing, to achieve brand and commercial objectives in collaborative and aligned manner.
? Build collaborative relationships with other eCommerce functions including marketing, CRM, category merchandising, IT, and operations to support and achieve overall business objectives.
? Continue to learn and educate others on evolving technologies and their impact on the consumer experience.

Competencies & Skills
? Minimum 6-8 years of experience within eCommerce with a focus on conversion rate optimization a must
? Experience defining a longer term roadmap for optimization across an eCommerce business
? Strong IT and numerical skills. A data driven mind-set.
? An inert ability to see opportunities to improve. Whilst focused on the front-end consumer experience, you should see this across all facets of the business.
? Entrepreneurial mindset – Results & Profit orientated
? Ability to influence and collaborate effectively – you’ll need to help shape roadmaps which you do not own within different departments within adidas.
? Proven leadership and managerial skills.
Other competencies
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels and to write and prepare executive-level business correspondence.
Education
University business degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, business administration, economics or similar discipline
Professional background / Experience
? 6+ years direct eCommerce experience
? 3+ years of working experience in a leading role in an online consumer-facing high-transaction environment
IT skills
? Expereince in handling TMall & JD.com
? Good understanding of Demandware & Magento preferred
