职位描述：
1、熟悉和掌握各种菜品的基本制作技术，计划用料，精工细作，提高烹调技术，改善制作方法，做到色、香、味俱佳；
2、负责食堂包间和员工日常饭菜烹制，拟定每周菜单；
3、在菜肴烹饪过程中，严格按照操作规程，要针对员工不同的饮食习惯，随时改变烹饪操作，以满足其需要；
4、烹调时应注意个人卫生，接触食品要洗手，操作时，严格掌握卫生要求；
5、虚心听取员工对伙食的意见，研究改善伙食的措施，不断提高业务水平和烹饪技术；
6、配合全体人员搞好食堂卫生，节约用电用水，做好防火、防盗、防食物中毒工作；
7、完成领导临时交办的其他任务。
任职条件：
1.烹饪、营养及相关专业，专科及以上学历，年龄40岁左右；
2.十年以上厨师工作经验，熟悉菜肴原材料质量、食品营养、厨房成本控制、厨房灶具设备等管理工作；
3.具有强烈的责任心和服务意识，善于研究，创新能力强。
