POSITION SUMMARY
The Wison LASU consists of two A1650 ASU, that supply oxygen and nitrogen to a integrated pipeline serving multiple customers in the NJ area.
This position will be reporting to and assist the LASU Deputy Plant Manager in directing all aspects of the day-to-day operation, including leading a team of 13 operators and working with the regional maintenance team in executing maintenance activities for the plants.
The successful candidate is expected to build strong relationships with other ASU plant, regional support teams to look for opportunities to improve and optimize the efficiency of the plants.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Provide effective leadership to the ASU operating teams to ensure the 2 A1650 ASU are operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
? Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC's, and OPHR's requirements.
? Maintain effective work processes, drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices at the plants.
? Ensure Operating Procedures & manuals are in place and up to date for all the plants.
? Together with GSS team ensure plant preventive & breakdown maintenance are coordinated and executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the SAP PM system.
? Provide performance KPI reports such as down time reports, power & plant efficiency reports.
? Work with the GSS support teams and Global TGEE Supply Chain to identify & execute productivity ideas.
? Responsible for developing the NJ Ops team to ensure that they:
? Monitor and make adjustment if needed to keep all the plants running well with high efficiency.
? Are build with technical competency on plant troubleshooting and keeping the plant under high reliability.
? BP adopter in NJ op team (rotated with another supervisor)
? Manage and focus more on the process training of new operating staff for the Wison Shift Ops team (rotated with another supervisor)
? Rotated role with another supervisor on EHS, permit/license, BRP/BPP/BSP execution, eMOC initiator/coordinator, to be trained as all-powerful
? GE CW treatment coordinator, approach temperature trend analysis together with GE engineer to measure CW treat performance (rotated with another supervisor)
? Plant WR submit for routine maintenance (rotated with another supervisor)
? Pipeline customer management, including pipeline health checking, pay meter data capture and monthly summary (rotated with another supervisor)
? Liquid (LIN/LAR/LOX) inventory management including purchasing during plant SD and monthly end counting, both physical and SAP (rotated with another supervisor)
? Other job cascaded from line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following:
