1、协助上司了解各品牌零售现时VIP管理/执行现状，巡访终端收集会员管理需求和疑惑；

2、协助上司推动并监督会员政策在各店铺落实执行；

3、跟进CRM系统搭建，和微信等新媒体渠道CRM开发项目，提出全面需求，并监控项目进度；

4、负责微信等新媒体渠道的会员管理，策划和执行会员互动，提升会员黏性与活跃度；

5、核查品牌VIP重要资料正确率,对重要资料的完善提出解决方案；

6、巡店/了解终端VIP执行关怀情况且提交报告；

7、制作各类会员管理流程/表单；

8、协助上司编撰各类CRM工作规范。

任职资格：

1、全日制大学或本科以上学历，3年以上会员营销类工作或品牌销售管理工作经验，有知名品牌服饰CRM工作经验者优先考虑；

2、熟练运用短信，邮件，微信等各种会员沟通工具，有一定的文字组织能力；

3、有运营微信会员经验，或熟悉微信后台操作的优先考虑；

4、有较强的数据敏感度，以及对流行、热点、和时尚有紧密关注度

5、语言表达能力较好，能听、说、写流利粤语及英文。
