REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fully responsible for AR team result;
. Lead AR team to finish daily AR booking,such as Revenue recognition,Cash application,Billing,Order releasing etc;
. Deal with special billing issue case by case;
. Monitor and approve AR/Revenue/VAT reconciliation and AR/Revenue/VAT related JE;
. Manage monthly end closing job to meet the financial timeline;
. Responsible for AR related audit issue;
. Coach team members both on accounting knowledge and working skill;
. Develop team member’s capibility and to be a career counselor；
. Support business team to clean up the AR balance;
. Ensure credit policy to be implemented;
. Ensure AR team members to follow standard process;
. Team work with Collection team/Credit team/other finance team;
. Ensure timely and accuracy reporting;
. Develop excellent relationships with region/segment Business Leaders in Greater China as well as their support organizations such as Supply chain, OM and Sales Operation, as well as other global finance functions;

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Compulsory: Bachelor degree of accounting

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1, Strong accounting & tax knowledge;
2, Strong communication skill;
3, Good English and presentation skill
4, Strong business sense.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Compulsory:
- Over 8 years Accounting(AR/Revenue/VAT at least 3 years respectively) experience in multinational companies.
- Over 3 years team lead experience
Ideal: Oracle or SAP skill is prefect

-Strong oral and writing skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong time management skills and results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Self motivated, with a “Whatever it takes” attitude and a desire to make an impact.
