Objectives of the position
Implement of BASF and accounting principle. Timely and accurately booking oversea account payable, manage oversea AP reconciliation and eliminate Overdue.
Main Task
Verify intercompany and third party invoices timely and accurately, manage oversea AP reconciliation and eliminate overdue.
? Verify and clear VAT input and customer duty invoices.
? Entry Freight fee, declaration fee and registration fee.
? Monthly book and check EDI duty and VAT payment with bank statements and payment orders provided by SCM.
? Weekly DB payment and monthly Netting payment arrangement, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
? Create and maintain oversea vendor master data in ZD4 according to vendor loading form.
? Monthly and annual intercompany reconciliation, make sure ICR’s result within the BASF monthly and yearly tolerance
? Forecast monthly payment.
? Complete payment voucher entries in SAP system, monitor the daily operation of AP related procedures.
? Staple vouchers and other accounting files regularly and standardly.
? Be aware of EHS responsibilities and follow up the EHS regulations attached.
