ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inspection
Develop Incoming inspection plan of new & mass production parts, and implementing IQC process and procedures.
编制新品和批产零件的进货检验计划，执行来料质量控制流程。
Identification of appropriate inspection and measuring equipment during the development of products inspection methods
选择，优化适当的检验和测量设备
CMM operating & calibration management
三坐标仪操作和校验管理
Optimize programming of CMM to improve efficiency and accuracy
优化CMM的编程以提高效率和准确性
Maintain and execute calibration plan and cooperate with external calibration parties to ensure equipment reliability.
维护并执行校验计划，协调外部校验机构确保设备的可靠性
Run Gauge R&R studies to test new inspection methods or CMM programs and prepare related reports
负责测量系统分析并完成相应报告
Conduct Relentless Root Cause Analysis with QE and Manufacturing Engineer to any non-conformance products found on line or return by customer
对于在线发现或客户退货的不良品和质量工程师、制造工程师一起开展严格根本原因分析
Configuration Management
AS9100C quality system documents update and maintenance
AS9100C质量体系文件更新维护
Engineering drawings, external specification and materials specification update and maintenance
工程图纸、外来规范、材料标准相关文件更新与维护
Driving process document implementations
文控要求的推动
Quality record maintenance
质量记录的存档和维护
Nonconforming data collection and analysis

Maintenance, audit and management for quality system and process certification documents

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma in mechanical engineering or related. 机械工程类大专
5 years quality inspection related work experience 5年相关质检工作经验
1 year or more experience in CMM programming & operating preferred
有至少1年以上CMM编程和操作经验优先
Good communication skills and team player.
较好的沟通技巧和团队协作能力
Good reading and writing ability, English is a plus.
